Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using Credexa services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the service.

Eligibility

Hold a valid Iranian national ID

Be at least 18 years old

Have a mobile number registered in your name

Provide accurate and complete information

Wallet & Credit

The Credexa wallet is an in-platform digital balance used to pay service fees. Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn as cash and is only usable within the platform. Wallet top-ups are processed through authorized payment gateways.

Prohibited Activities

Providing false information or impersonating others

Using the service for money laundering or illegal activities

Attacking platform infrastructure

Selling or transferring your account to others

Using other users' information without permission

Suspension & Account Termination

Credexa may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice if these terms are violated. Upon suspension, you retain access to your wallet balance minus any outstanding debts.

Limitation of Liability

Credexa is not liable for damages arising from temporary service outages, network disruptions, or factors outside platform control. In any case, Credexa's liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user in the past 3 months.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Iran.
